    How to play Pocket Perfect

    The board

    Nine cards make four pockets.

    Each outlined 2×2 corner is a four-card hand. The pockets overlap, so one move can change several scores.

    Score a pocket

    Patterns earn points.

    In the top left, two 5s and two 6s make Two pair: 5 points. A pocket scores only its strongest pattern.

    Add them up

    Every corner counts.

    This board scores 5 + 16 + 7 + 2 = 30—a perfect board. Colors follow the scoring key; gold marks the strongest pocket.

    The leverage

    The center works four times.

    The 6♦ helps all four hands, so center placement matters most. Pick any card above, then move, swap, take out, or undo. Easy scores live; Hard waits.
